Day 1

This is day 1 of my 28 day fitness challenge to lose 4% of my body weight.  I am participating in the boot camp that can be found on the Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans website.  The program uses burst training, so first thing I had to do was five 30 second sprints.  I would call my pace more of a jog after the first sprint and each one after got slower and slower.  Thirty seconds is a long time to sprint, just saying.

    I can't wait to see how this burst training works. I think my sprints were more like jogs too but for me it felt like a lot and way more than my 30 minute a day walk which is more like hum drum routine. This ought to mix things up a bit. Got my 30 second plank in last night. I'm so determined.
